| Once you have opened an account simply call DBS at 877-476-7229 to order neurotransmitter test kits. Kits are sent free of charge in boxes of five (5) kits. There is no billing to your account until the results of the laboratory testing is reported out in 7 days or less from the time it is sent out via prepaid FedEx. |
